Welcome to mmeet! We created this service to help you find real people through video and real-life meetings. At the core of mmeet lies a foundation of respect: we respect your time, your space, and your personality. By using our services, you agree to the rules below. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account in mmeet, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you do not have the right to use the service.

2. Eligibility

You may use mmeet only if you are 18 years or older — this is the minimum age for use without exception. We verify age during registration; if we discover an account belongs to a minor, it will be immediately and permanently deleted.

3. Your Account and Safety

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You commit to providing truthful information about yourself and not transferring your account to third parties.

4. Content, Objectionable Material, and Moderation

The mmeet service is based on video profiles. You own the content you publish but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it to other users for the purpose of operating the service. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following is strictly forbidden on mmeet, with no warning before removal: pornography or sexually explicit material; nudity; any sexual content involving minors; depictions or threats of violence, self-harm, or cruelty toward people or animals; hate speech, slurs, or harassment targeting any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic; bullying, stalking, or doxxing; advertising, spam, solicitation, or sex work; impersonation; sale of illegal goods or services; uploading another person's personal data, photos, or videos without their consent; or any content that violates applicable law. This list is non-exhaustive — we may remove at our sole discretion any content that is unsafe, deceptive, or contrary to the respectful atmosphere of mmeet. Every photo and video you upload is automatically reviewed by our AI moderation system before it becomes visible to other users; items the AI is uncertain about are additionally reviewed by a human moderator. Both AI and human moderation decisions are final.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Our 24-Hour Commitment

To keep mmeet safe, you agree that the service includes built-in report and block mechanisms that you may use at any time. Report: any photo, video, or user behaviour that you believe violates these Terms can be reported directly from the app. We commit to review every report and take action within 24 hours of receipt; action may include removing the content, suspending the reported account, restricting the reported user's ability to interact with others, or, where appropriate, contacting law enforcement. Block: you may block any other user at any time. A blocked user cannot contact you, see your profile, or know that you blocked them; the block remains in effect across every feature of mmeet until you choose to lift it. By using mmeet you give your explicit consent to participate in this reporting-and-blocking system and to be subject to it. Submitting a false report in bad faith is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account.

6. Safety in Meetings

The mmeet service encourages real-life meetings, but your safety is your priority. Always arrange first meetings in public places, notify loved ones of your location, and trust your instincts. The mmeet team is not responsible for your interaction outside the app.

7. Suspension and Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app; doing so permanently removes your profile, photos, videos, and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms. For egregious violations — including but not limited to posting sexual content involving minors, threats of violence, harassment, coordinated abuse, or repeat offences after a prior warning — termination is immediate and without prior notice. We are not obligated to refund any unused balance or subscription credits when an account is terminated for cause.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee a match. The mmeet team is not responsible for any indirect damages related to the use of the app.
